If the client's issue is unresolved after a period of 21 calendar days from the date of first raising the issue through website by filling form ,or the client is not satisfied with the response provided the customer may, post completion of 30-day period from the date of first raising the issue by filing form online , one can write to us at:

If the complaint is not resolved by Mr. Prakash Pandey in next 15 days, or if the client is not satisfied with Plutus Advisors grievance redressal, the client may, approach SEBI
at: www.scores.gov.in and can lodge complain in “Complaint Registration” under “Investor Corner”. We are registered on the SCORES website https://scores.gov.in/scores .

The complaint shall be lodged on SCORES within one year from the date of cause of action, where,
- The complainant has approached Plutus Advisors , for redressal of the complaint and,
- Plutus Advisors has rejected the complaint or,
- The complainant has not received any communication from Plutus Advisors or,
- The complainant is not satisfied with the reply received or the redressal action taken by Plutus Advisors.
